Protecting your private information is our top priority. This Privacy Policy is in effect for Enchanted Forest's main website and the Enchanted Forest online store. This document describes how data is collected and used by Enchanted Forest. By using any of Enchanted Forest's websites, you are consenting to the data practices described in this statement.
Collection of your Personal Information
Enchanted Forest has two separate websites that are used by the general public: an informational site that describes our theme park and on online store.
Information Site (http://www.enchantedforest.com)
We do not collect any personal information from users on our informational site except for the Contact Us page. The use of the Contact Us page is an optional feature provided as a convenience to our visitors. Visitors may use a web-form on the Contact Us page that sends an email to park management. The form asks for the user's name, email address (optional), and phone number (optional). The information gathered on the form is then sent via email (unencrypted) to park staff. Emails sent via the Contact Us page may be held in our staffs' email accounts indefinitely. These accounts are not guaranteed to be secure.
All emails sent to Enchanted Forest (including the personal information contained within) are property of the Enchanted Forest. We do not sell or share personal information gathered by our website with other companies. We use the information gathered by our Contact Us page solely to respond to inquiries made.
Online Store (http://www.store.enchantedforest.com)
When users of our online store check out, we require that users furnish us with name, address, telephone number, payment information, and any other information we may require to complete the transaction. All personal information collected in our online store is encrypted using 256-bit encryption. Non-financial information is stored by Enchanted Forest in a password-protected database. This information is kept indefinitely.
Financial information
(such as credit card information) is securely transmitted and stored by a secure payment gateway (either Authorize.net or PayPal). How long this information is stored is solely dependent on the gateway's policies.
Use of your Personal Information
Enchanted Forest does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. Enchanted Forest only supplies personal information to third parties when required to do so to complete a transaction in our online store. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Enchanted Forest, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
