What to expect during COVID restrictions
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. We cannot guarantee you will not be exposed during your visit. By visiting Enchanted Forest you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
Covid Symptoms-please visit another day
If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, please visit the park another day to protect both yourself and others. Symptoms include cough, chills, fever, sore throat, muscle pain, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, new loss of sense of taste or smell. If you need to refund for your pre-scheduled admission time, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
High risk groups
If you are in a high risk group (senior citizens and people with underlying medical conditions), we recommend you wait to visit until the danger of COVID-19 is over or there is is a vaccine.
Online purchase only
for a specific date, time and session.
Tickets go on sale 3 days in advance and can still be purchased "day of" if not sold out.
Please purchase your admission online. There will be no "walk up" admissions. Tickets are available 3 days in advance, even the "day of" until they sell out.
The Oregon Governor's office has set strict capacity limits of 200 for guests, with no more than 10 permitted in a group. Tickets will be sold online for specific dates, times and length of stay only. Sessions in the park will be for 3 hours.
If you need to cancel, please give us as much notice as possible so we may open your tickets to others. If you need to cancel please email us at and we will arrange a refund. Late arrivals must still leave the park at the end of their assigned session and are not eligible for a discount. If you do not show up for your time session, we will not be able to issue a refund.
During COVID-19, there will be no all-day ride bracelets. You will need 2-4 ride tickets for each ride. Refunds will be issued for any unused ride tickets if requested during your visit at the park.
If someone wishes to purchase 2 sessions, (one morning and one afternoon) it is possible if those times are available online. There will be colored admission bracelets for each session, so you would need to go to the entrance booth after your morning session and have them scan your afternoon session ticket and they will issue a new bracelet for that session.
The park will also be going CASHLESS, so please purchase your admission and ride tickets online and bring a credit card for any in park purchases.

All guests will be temperature scanned before entry to the park. If your temperature is 100.4 or above, you and the other people riding in your car will need to reschedule for another day.
All guest ages 12 and older will need to show their face masks before entering the park. Face Coverings are REQUIRED for ages 12 and older in all indoor areas, including stores, restrooms, Jolly Roger Water-Light show, Haunted House, roller coaster, Challenge of Mondor and bumper cars. If you forgot your mask, we will provide one for you. Medical conditions making it difficult to breathe are excluded.
Face Coverings strongly recommended even in outdoor areas.
(All of our team members will be wearing face coverings.)
Sanitizer-There are many places in the park to wash and sanitize your hands. Even so, we strongly encourage you to bring your own hand sanitizer that you may use at any time.
What is opened and closed?
Yes, some attractions will be closed, and some ride cue lines may move slower due to sanitizing between each rider and reduced capacity. However, the bright spot for our guests is that there will be fewer visitors in the park, maximum only 200 guests in the entire park at one time (approximately 8% of a busy day at Enchanted Forest.)

Bumper Cars (family or party that is in a social distancing group already may ride at the same time with no other riders. Single riders will be allowed to ride when it is their turn, and no other riders will be allowed at the same time. Requires face covering. )
Carousel (normally 13 animals but only using 3 animals when separating 6' for riders not in the same group, families may ride together)
Kiddy train (50% capacity for 6' distancing)
Frog hopper (2 riders separated by 6' or 1 family)
Fantasy Fountains water-light show (Limited seating, but shows will run more often. Face covering required.)
Comedy theatre (Actors will be social distancing, even during the performance, and every other row will be blocked off and viewing parties must maintain 6' distancing.)
Music in the Park (Possibly Irish will normally be performing in groups of 2-3 throughout the day in the Western Town.)
Opera house store (including the documentary film "The Enchanted Forest Story", 1 row of seating, usually 3, face covering required.)
Gepetto store (Face covering required)

Upon arrival, please wait in your car until your assigned entry time so that groups of people do not wait around the entrance area.
To help you maintain 6' distancing between groups, we have railings marked, or markers on the ground, or signage.
Watch for 1 way arrows and signs. Traffic flow has been rerouted in some areas to maintain 6' social distancing.

Please wait in your car until your arrival time to avoid guests gathering at the entrance area. You will need to bring your reservation confirmation (printed or on your phone) to check in.
How are we working to keep you safe?
Our team members are temperature checked and health checked daily before working, wearing face coverings, wearing gloves when appropriate, and have ongoing safety training related to safe practices during COVID-19.
Barriers are added where appropriate, such as the use of plexiglass protective barriers between you and our team members at registers.
Additional sanitation for your safety, including ride car interiors. Due to this extra cleaning of ride interiors, and the fact that some rides in order to maintain 6 foot distancing may allow fewer people on the ride at one time, some ride cue lines may move more slowly.
